Subject: yeast culturing "Streaking"


Does anyone have a link to pictures of yeast culturing partuicularly
the streaking method on petri dishes or plates....Right now im reading
an article upon the subject but i cant seem to picture it....

It goes onto one more step but i cant get my mind around this
process...Guess im more of a hands on show type..so if anyone had any
pics of the process i'd be much obliged.

I recommend the booklet, The Fungus Among Us. Believe I got it from
Morebeer.com. Has drawings and instructions, plus how to maintain a
sanitary environment during the process. Good basic info without
getting techo-geeky.
