I noticed at 2 different beer stores one had whole cascade hops and one had
leaf cascade hops, both same brand. Any difference in flavour? Thanx in
advance.

I think "whole hops" and "leaf hops" are the same thing. IIRC, the three
main ways of packaging hops are whole (aka leaf), plugs, and pellets.

These "leaf" ones look like if a cone was an artichoke it would be the outer
leaves, no heart

Unless I'm missing something, whole and leaf are the same thing.
In fresh, loose hops, you want whole hop cones, with lupulin
glands intact. If someone is pulling the leafs off, they are
going about it the wrong way.

Other alternatives are pellet hops, which look like rabbit food,
and plug hops, which are like whole hops compressed into hockey
pucks.

There are no leaves on whole hops. Hops are a bud. Leaf is a
commonly-used misnomer.

Neither are an entirely appropriate name. The most appropriate name would be
"whole flower hops" or "whole cone hops". In fact, all the terms refer to the
same product. Relax and have a homebrew.
