Subject: unrefrigerated pasteurized apple juice and rum mixture

ya i made this about 2 weeks ago. it is half rum half apple juice from
concentrate. it has been stored at room temperature for about 2 weeks
and obviously has been opened but not refrigerated. It is pastuerized.
is this still good or could it be moldy or something? Sorry bout
posting this in this group but it seemed like you guys would know about
something like this. Oh and it smells fine and isnt cloudy or
anything. Thanks.
