I received my plate chiller for my birthday and thanks to a friend I now
have all the right attachments. I mounted it to my brew stand tonight
and am excited to give it a try. I will report back after my first brew
day, but my friend says his biggest problem is chilling TOO MUCH. Wow.
This should shave 30 minutes off my brew day.
