just syphoned off some beer from the fermenter and there is a big gooey load of yeast at the bottom of the fermenter, was wondering about just doing another mix and pouring it straight into fermenter with old yeast (muntons gold) without resterilising the fermenter and without adding another yeast sachet Is that a no-go? or is that OK?
