Does anyone know what the O-rings for corny kegs are made of IE:
vitron,buna-n,rubber,or silicon ? I have looked on the net for info I can't
seem to find any .please help......thank you

Sparks,

You might want to specify which O-rings you're curious about. To me,
the material looks like rubber but I'm not into that phase of organic
chemistry.

If you don't mind, could you share with us why it's significant?

I need some o-rings for my brewing system and i thought if i knew what corny
keg o-rings were made of could order them from mcmaster-carr

Most homebrew stores (at least the larger ones) will sell you orings
specifically for corny kegs. That way you don't have to worry about
getting the material or sizes right.
