KAPP-TV will have something online. They put out a webcast, anyway.

Speaking from personal experience there? ;) Actually I can't see how
they would be any worse than some of the other stuff people smoke.
Just because they are related to cannabis doesn't mean they have any
THC in them.

Would this have only a secondary impact on certain hops like Saaz?
Speaking of which, is there a breed like Saaz that can handle Texas weather?
