When should i add hops to my secondary for dry hopping if i plan on
keeping the batch in the secondary for 8months. Should i add them
early on or add them a little while before i keg and bottle.

Thanks
Craig

Interesting question. I'd probably figure out your expected kegging/bottling
date and count backwards. If you dry hop initially and then age in the
secondary for months, I'd expect you'll lose alot of the aroma.

let me add that i am doing the long secondary in a carboy so once the
hop sac is in there i wont be able to pull them back out.
