Just bought as a wilko special offer a 1 can Youngs Lager kit - anyone
had sucess with the dry yeast in this? Winter seems the best time to
try my first lager as the temp is a fairly consistant 10'C outside in
my garage.

As always,make a starter and if it is energetic (at ALA temps) then
smell/taste a bit.I have had good dry yeast that was years old
