Their web site is on every box and bottle they sell and they do seem to reply quickly. Real replies that are written by a human, not just a form letter with your name inserted. I was assured that the beer is filtered, so my hope of culturing the little beasties was dashed. I actually like the flavor of the 1554 quite a bit. I've grown quite fond of their tripple also. Is it almost guaranteed that no yeast, or usable amounts, exists in a filtered beer? If so, what would be the suggestion for a commercial equivilent? Bryan
