Subject: Web sites illustrating state of the art setups ?

I'm an ex brewer. I haven't brewed for 6 years. I have SS brewing vessels and a counterflow chiller and a lauter tun made from a cooler. I've forgotten most of what I used to know ! I want to start brewing again and I want to simplify my setup a bit, making it easier to handle, easier to clean, etc. I'd appreciate links to some websites that illustrate what is now state of the art for home brewing setups. Thanks.

In my book, "State of the art" equals a good combination of economy and simplicity. Here is a link to the BrewLadder, which I designed and built from a 6-ft. wooden step ladder. There are three of them in known existence, mine (#001) and two others built by our club members based on the design shown here, each with their own unique modifications. It is an all-grain device for use with two coolers or buckets for mashing/sparging, and a kettle/burner on the ground. http://users.adelphia.net/~smkranz/brewladder.htm -- Steve Kranz Homebrewer extraordinaire, banjo player mediocaire Visit the Midnight Homebrewers' League on the web at: http://users.adelphia.net/~smkranz

I'm not sure if all of the systems on this page are state of the art, but I always enjoy ogling the systems here: http://brewery.mvlan.net/folder/011/Homebreweries%20Directory/ -Kevin me2 wrote: > I'm an ex brewer.
