I would like to include in my website <http://flatskunk.ca > the water
analysis of popular beer brands for information to my readers and home
brewers. Brands such as Heineken, Budwieser, Bass Pale Ale, and other
popular brands that readers would like to try to emulate. Cheers

Google "brewing water profiles". The information (although sometimes
contradictory) is also available via a number of popular homebrew texts,
and is built in to some brewing software (ProMash comes to mind).
