My first try with WLP550 Belgian Ale yeast. I'm very impressed with the krausen and the immediately-identifiable "Belgian smell" it gives. Just pitching the tube gives excellent krausen. Then I pitched a batch on the yeast cake. My advice -- leave plenty of room in the fermenting bin! Bruce
