HYDERABAD, India (Reuters) - UBS AG, the world's largest wealth
manager, will invest 50 million Swiss francs ($40 million) in
back-office operations in India to support research and analytics, it
said on Monday.

The new back-office centre, which will also support data processing and
IT infrastructure, officially began operations on Monday and UBS
expects it will employ 1,500 people in Hyderabad by the middle of next
year.
