Well I pitched the Pacman starter that I thought wasn't very active and/or
lost viability yesterday on my IIPA at 64F that has 16 oz hops not including
the dry hopping later and it had activity in 5 hours, airlock bubbling about
once every 30 seconds. After 18 hours it has a nice 3" krausen and doing
great at 62F. I guess I just worry too much, not having done very many
starters. Thanx for all the people who told me to go for it, I was ready to
bail on the starter and use dry instead. I will try not to worry so much in
the future ;)
