Subject: Saison yeast for Belgium Golden Ale?


As mentioned earlier I have some Saison yeast I need to use up in
the near future. I was thinking of a Belgium Golden Ale. From what I
can see a Saison yeast should be a good choice for that. Anyone have
any suggestions or pitfalls to watchout for? Tasting Hennepin and
Duvel side by side I'm guessing that the same, or a very similar, yeast
is used in both. Would Wyeast Saison be a good choice for them, or
would the Wyeast Belgian Strong Ale be a better choice?
