Can anyone tell me the best roller-to-roller distance to use for milling wheat? My new mill is set at .039", which, I'm sure, is for barley.

Thanks for the information. I can't believe I had to break down and buy a mill. But I just didn't trust the crushed grain I was getting. ActiveX wrote: > "Al Fresco" <notmyemailaddress@yourbutt.com> wrote in message > news:fKaVg.18292$GY5.2686@bignews6.bellsouth.net... >

My new mill is set at .039", which, I'm sure, is for barley. I keep my barleycrusher set at 0.035" for everything, and just mix the wheat in with the other grain as I mill it. I also double crush (my mill is motorized), which I think help quite a bit.
