Can anyone tell me the best roller-to-roller distance to use for milling
wheat? My new mill is set at .039", which, I'm sure, is for barley.

Thanks for the information. I can't believe I had to break down and buy
a mill. But I just didn't trust the crushed grain I was getting.

I keep my barleycrusher set at 0.035" for everything, and just mix the
wheat in with the other grain as I mill it. I also double crush (my
mill is motorized), which I think help quite a bit.

What's so bad about owning a mill? I love being able to buy bulk
grains, and of course I have complete control of the crush.
