Subject: Repartition of wheat syrup in recipe


Hello

I wish to know is when you make recipe in this online DB with liquid
malt extract, you keep in mind the wheat repartition (60% wheat, 40%
malt per exemple)?
I'm making a brand new recipe and I wish to know if I select the wheat
syrup, I must compensate with malt or not.
How do you proceed?

I'm making a extract with speciality grains Wheat Ale with Lemongrass
recipe.
