Here is one that will be good at the Holidays Made this up today and it smells GRAND! "BIG STASH" Cinnamon Porter Crush and steep at 150' for 30 minutes 3/4 Lb Chocolate malt 1/2 Lb 90' Crystal malt add 3.3 Lb amber extract (northwest) 3.3 Lb Gold extract (Briess) 1 Oz. pearl hops 6AA for 60 minutes 1/2 Oz. Willamette hops 4.6AA for 60 minutes 1 tsp Irish moss for 30 minutes 1 cup Hershey's cocoa powder for 5 minutes left 1/2 Oz. Willamette hops for 2 minutes 1+ Tbsp cracked Cassia cinnamon chunks (from the local spice store) for 2 minutes Strain, cool, aerate and pitch 1 Pkg Safale "US 56" (red Pkg) Good luck and happy tastings
