Thanks to Brewer Bob for posting this recipe in the past. I used WL german lager instead, but it is some excellent stuff! Just thought I'd pass this along for anyone looking to do a different style of lager. I can't by the 1554 to do a side by side, but from what I remember it had the same taste.
