Subject: Potential Mash Tun - Coleman Hard Cooler

I don't know anything about this thing. Just clicked on a link in an
email from a company that I buy swim pool chemicals and parts from on
occasion. I saw this thing, and thought it might make a good mash tun
for a reasonable price. It holds 10.5 gallons of liquid. I don't know
how it handles hot liquid though... looks to be designed for cold. I'm
not interested in getting one... just thought I'd pass long the link in
case anyone else is. No affliliation or anything... Take care. -Bob

I wouldn't use it. It looks like it doesn't come with a lid which is
a big problem. And that Coleman 'exclusive' insulation doesn't say
how it would take heat.

I'd pass on this, especially with that price tag.
