Subject: Please tell me this isn't gonna be 7 more years of bad luck!

After almost 19 years of homebrewing, I just broke a glass carboy for the first time ever. Fortunately, it was empty. I just hope it's not gonna tack 7 more years onto the effect of that mirror I broke back in 1999.... OTOH, I've got 5 gallons of Irish stout and 5 gallons of Belgian golden ale bubbling away in their respective fermenters. How bad can my luck be with that to look forward to? Jerry

I did shatter my original thermometer in the sink a few years ago, but aside from that have been rather lucky. I hope you haven't started a trend here.
