Subject: New Belgium Saison vs Wyeast/Whitelabs Saison

Hey all,
I really enjoy the New Belgium Saison seasonal beer. I can't
typically get a variety of Saisons in Montana.
How would you compare the New Belgium Saison profile to one
produced with these yeasts?
Wyeast3522 Belgian Ardennes Yeast
Wyeast 3725 Biere De Garde
Wyeast 3942 Belgian Wheat Yeast
Wyeast 3944 Belgian Witbier Yeast
WLP550 Belgian Ale Yeast
WLP565 Belgian Saison I Yeast
WLP570 Belgian Golden Ale Yeast.
What is this I hear about Saisons being possible with a red-wine yeast?
I have made one belgian beer. Attempted a Witbier with WYeast 1388
ston Belgian Ale. I got the yeast fresh from a local brewery. I had
to give the beer away.. hated the flavors. I love witbier, but 1388
was the wrong yeast.
