Amber DME 5.0 pounds Wheat DME 5.0 pounds *Special-B 8.0 ounces *Biscuit 8.0 ounces *Aromatic 8.0 ounces *CaraMunich 8.0 ounces FWH simcoe 1oz 12.6% AA 1/4 oz simcoe 35 mins 1/2 oz warrior 16.8% AA 35 mins 3/4 oz warrior 15 mins 3/4 oz amarillo 7.1% AA 10 mins 1oz simcoe Flameout 1.5 oz simcoe dry hop 1.5 oz amarillo dry hop whirfloc 15 mins Wyeast 1056 american ale IBU 93.9 OG 1.091 Thanx for any suggestions as to what this would be classified as.
