FWH simcoe 1oz 12.6% AA
1/4 oz simcoe 35 mins
1/2 oz warrior 16.8% AA 35 mins
3/4 oz warrior 15 mins
3/4 oz amarillo 7.1% AA 10 mins
1oz simcoe Flameout
1.5 oz simcoe dry hop
1.5 oz amarillo dry hop
whirfloc 15 mins
Wyeast 1056 american ale
IBU 93.9
OG 1.091

Thanx for any suggestions as to what this would be classified as.

I'd call it a "classically overcomplex homebrewer recipe". ;)

LOL.I was experimenting with promash, just really kinda learned how to use
it an found my original recipe was way too high in IBU's, like 138 or
something. I wanted to try out my newly aquired hops and make a very hoppy
beer that wasn't too bitter. That's what I came up with *shrug*

I second that motion. This is an insanely hopped American barleywine. If
you end up with a few extra bottles of the stuff, I could maybe judge it for
you or something. ;)
