I was looking over the BJCP guidlines for Ordinary Bitter, and the range is 3.2 to 3.8% by Vol. Aren't there some styles (other than near-beer) that have an even lower %? I was thinking around 2.5 or so. Thanks. It is a sour beer made with lactobacillus, and is actually quite tasty mixed with raspberry syrup, not to mention on its own. If you like yogurt or cottage cheese, it's worth a try, but honestly, it doesn't even taste a lot like either one of those. It's unique. -- Dave "Just a drink, a little drink, and I'll be feeling GOOooOOooOOooD!" -- Genesis, 1973-ish
