Hi
I just did an IPA with the following:
Coopers Real Ale hopped LME (3.75lb)
Muntons Extra Light DME (3 lbs)
0.5 lb 20L Crystal
0.5 lb 60L Crystal
1 lb Munich
1 oz 4.2 AA Fuggles (60 min)
1 oz 9.5 AA Centenial (15 min)
1 oz 6.4 AA Cascade (1 min)

East Coast Ale Yeast (WLP 008)

Given that Coopers is hopped (presumably at 29 IBUs per a websearch),
will this beer turn out too bitter? Any experiences will adding hops
to hopped extract would be appreciated. Thanks.

Too bitter for what? It's all up to your own tastes. We don't know
what you consider "too bitter".

Assuming the 29 IBUs is accurate, looks like your recipe was about right to
me. But like Denny said, it depends on your own tastes. Looks to be pretty
nicely balanced to me, though.

Considering my obsession with hops, is that possible?

I would consider a beer like Longtrail IPA as too hoppy for its
body/maltiness. Oddly enough it used to be my favorite beer around 10
years ago when I lived in VT. I found it recently during a trip and,
while I liked the unfiltered taste, the bitterness was not effectively
balanced with the malt.
