The subcontinent is primed to become a software and services IT
powerhouse, writes Graeme Philipson.
India produces more than 3 million university graduates a year, and
that will nearly double by the end of the decade. There are more than a
thousand engineering colleges in India, which are increasing in number
by 10 per cent a year.
