I still haven't started that Coopers Dark Ale kit and need
to do it Wednesday or Thursday because I'm having hand
surgery on Friday.

My child bride found a 5 lb container of Buckwheat Honey in
the back of a cabinet. It's too strong of a taste for me to
use in a Mead. So my thought is why not add 1 lb of it, in
addition to 2 lbs of DME to the wort. It will only add .008
to the OG and it will have to primary for four weeks before
I'm able to rack it. Any thoughts on that?

Also should I expect any problems if I ferment at 68F (20C)?

Dick
