I want to make a Fruit/Herb Beer using Fruit Extract. My
choices are limited to Strawberry, Peppermint, and Coconut
because that is what I have on the shelf. I'm thinking of an
American Ale or a Blonde Ale. Which style and flavoring would
you choose?

Definitely the strawberry blonde. NOt only for the
obvious reason, but because I think coconut would do
better in a more robust style (porter or brown), and
peppermint is best left for candy (IMO of course).

I agree. I've been planning a strawberry blonde for a while now.
Anyone have any good extract recipes?

I'd go with the Strawberry Blonde, just because.
