I want to make a Fruit/Herb Beer using Fruit Extract. My choices are limited to Strawberry, Peppermint, and Coconut because that is what I have on the shelf. I'm thinking of an American Ale or a Blonde Ale. Which style and flavoring would you choose? Dick

NOt only for the obvious reason, but because I think coconut would do better in a more robust style (porter or brown), and peppermint is best left for candy (IMO of course). -- Joel Plutchak "Sometimes I think we're alone in the universe, and plutchak@[...] sometimes I think we're not.
