Subject: FS: Brewing Equipment

Greetings,

A few years back, I was diagnosed with diabetes. I pretty well quit
drinking beer and stopped brewing. I've finally come out of denial and
realize it's with me for the rest of my life so, if I want to prolong
my life a bit, there's not much sense in brewing.
I have the following equipment that I'd like to sell. I will only sell
as one complete lot rather than by individual pieces. My price for the
lot will be more than reasonable. Also, I'm not in a position to ship
this stuff so it would have to be picked up. I live near Cambridge,
Ontario, Canada, within easy driving distance of Kitchener-Waterloo,
Guelph, Hamilton, Brantford, Mississauga, etc.
SWMBO would really like to reclaim the space it takes up too.
Here's the list.
1. Valley Grain Mill. Mounted on MDF board fitted to 5 gallon bucket.
Might as well be new as I used it only once before my diabetes
diagnosis.
2. Gearhead motor, 115 volt, 60 cycle, 85 RPM. More than enough torque
to run the Valley Mill. I just didn't get it done.
3. Corona Grain Mill. Adapted to operate with 3/8" or 1/2" electric
drill. Used this for a couple of years before I got the Valley Mill.
4. Home made copper immersion chiller. Double coil, circulo-planar
design.
5. Home made counter flow chiller.
6. 10 gallon Gott Cooler with plastic false bottom.
7. 10 gallon heavy duty aluminum brew kettle with lid. Lid is notched
to accomodate immersion chiller.
8. Several pounds of various types of hop pellets. They are a few
years old but, have been kept in a deep freezer.
9. Well over 100 lbs. of various brewing grains., 2-row pale, crystal,
chocolate, black patent, Munich, torrified wheat, etc.
10. Almost a full 50 pound bale of rice hulls for you wheat or oatmeal
stout brewers.
11. At least a pound of Irish moss.
12. Registered Promash brewing program on floppies. Don't know if
registration can be transferred.
13. Six cases (24 bottles each) crown cappable beer bottles in custom
made wooden cases.
14. Bottle capper on stand.
15. Various beer and brewing books, such as:
Designing Great Beers; Ray Daniels
Clone Brews; T & M Szamatulski
Beer Catured; T & M Szamatulski
North American Clone Brews; Scott R. Russell
Using Hops; Mark Garetz
