Subject: Dortmund Hard water, Burton salts and PH 5.2 Mash Stabilizer

Hey all, I need some guidance from a water chemistry guru. I want to brew a Dortmunder-type lager. My water is nearly like Munich's in profile. 205 hardness. Without breaking down the specific components I want to get as close to a Dortmunder profile as I can in total hardness, not individual salts. I have a packet of Buton Water Salts (.33oz), I am assuming that it is intended for adding to either very soft water to water softened with distilled water. I'm planning on using about 2/3 of the packet to get in the ball park with my undilluted tap water. I also have some new PH 5.2 Mash Stabilizer. Will this interfere with the water salts? Thanks.
