Subject: Dedicated brew space?

I'm looking for information from brewers who have their own dedicated
brewing space. I'm looking at making a pole barn and partitioning some of
the interior space for brewing. Does anyone have their own brew shed?
Right now I have a 3 tier system, but I simply wheel it out of the garage
when I brew. Not great on rainy or cold days.

We had a 2 car "garage" (really more of a shed) that we re,modelled a
few years back into a brew space for me and a gardening space for my
wife. About 20x20. The BEST part of it is a drain in the middle of the
floor. Makes spills and clean up easy to deal with. The floor slopes
down to it at 1/8"/ft.
