Curses, I'm brewing a Wit tomorrow, opened up my container of chamomile flower petals that I painstakingly plucked this summer, and discovered they are turning an unsightly brown colour. The fresh chamomile aroma is much degraded. Use or discard? Thanks Brian

The Wit went Witout (ha ha, sorry Mike). ;-) Yeah, I devoted too much time to wine and its time to get back to boiling things. Two of my taps have run dry, and that's just a bad thing. Stout tomorrow (give that dry 1056 a go), then gotta figure what to do with my limited edition De Koninck and Pacman yeasts. Cheers Brian
