I'll say this much...talk about false advertising. I tried to repitch yeast on my RIS to see if I could get it to drop a bit more..SG stuck at 1.028 for almost a week. OG was only 1.071. It didn't drop a hair in the next 3 days. Doesn't sound too bold to me, more like a Stout Light. Oh well gonna bottle it tonight and see how bad it turns out. At worst I can use it for cooking, and for analyzing at my brewers meeting. They're gonna rip it apart. At least my IPA is doing well...went from 1.071 to 1.020 in a week, got it racked and dry hopping. Wort tasted pretty good albeit a little light on hop flavour vs. the store bought I'm trying to clone...guess more hops at the end of boil next time.
