What bottom fermenting yeast do well at low oxygen levels? I'm thinking about adding a bottom fermenting yeast to my beer once the primary fermentation has slowed down. Any recommendation or comments would be helpful. Thanks. -m

I'd like to know why you're doing this....you realize that "bottom fermenting" is kind of a misnomer for lager yeasts? --------- >Denny -- Life begins at 60...1.060, that is.

Is there any particular reason you are doing this? Why bottom-fermenting in particular? -- (Replies: cleanse my address of the Mark of the Beast!)
