What bottom fermenting yeast do well at low oxygen levels?
I'm thinking about adding a bottom fermenting yeast to my beer once the
primary fermentation has slowed down.

Any recommendation or comments would be helpful.

Thanks.

I'd like to know why you're doing this....you realize that "bottom
fermenting" is kind of a misnomer for lager yeasts?

Yeast in general don't do well at low O2 levels -- your best bet would
be to use a good dry lager yeast, which would allow you to pitch a lot
of yeast with little effort.

Is there any particular reason you are doing this? Why bottom-fermenting
in particular?
