I have successfully imported:
-malt
-supplies
without hitch.

I have found the following in Okayama, below the station:
lieffman's kriek
pepper bier
lemon bier
lambic (framboise)

and in Himeji:
Japanese wit
kriek
Duvel
Leffe
german and french brews

and at the bar Brugge, outside the Sannomiya station in Kobe:
Duvel
Hoeggarden (tap)
Leffe brown and blonde
Regal saison
Boon Geuze
Lieffman kriek
Maredsous 10 + 6
and more
(very nicely run, new bar)

You can get *some* supplies here, not much but better than up here in
Tokyo. They also speak English:
