Subject: Beano Ferment experiment.


My sample finally stopped fermenting. It went from a starting gravity of
1.113 down to 1.008, for a total AA of 92.2% and 14% ABV.

For comparison, a sample without beano femented down to around 1.040 and
9.5% ABV or so (this was by design -- this is a wee heavy mashed high
with the entire first wort carmelized).

I don't know what any of this means in a practical sense, but there you
have it.
