9.5% wheat/amber IPA with tons of simcoe, some amarillo and warrior hops in
bottle

7.5% IPA in primary

Another wheat/amber IPA gonna brew on sunday...will be all Amarillo and
Simcoe

Next week for teach a friend to homebrew day, probably a simple hefeweizen
with 3068 yeast

I'm stocking up so I don't have to brew so much when it's below 0 F outside
:)

I just finished up my first batch yesterday. I'm making a Belgian
White Ale.

My second all-grain, my first 10 gallon batch, first time using kegs for
kettles on new brewstand, next weekend.

A Bud-Miller-Corona replacement for the beerwimps so I can go back to
drinking my real beer in peace.

I did my weekend brew on Thursday. A Russian Imperial Stout based on an
extract kit I won in a beer comp a month or so ago. After running the
ingredient list through Promash, I did some major tweaking on it to get
it to come out a lot closer to style. Should be pretty good.

About to rack a dunkel, pitching a big doppelbock on the cake. After
that some kind of as-of-yet undecided lager to get my Zurich cake up to
snuff, then a Samichlaus clone.

Mashed some Am. 2 row this weekend to freeze and can for future
starters.

I really want to brew a batch soon, but fall is very busy. At any rate,
I'm hoping I'll be able to brew a batch within 2 weeks - probably an
APA. I will also probably make a small batch of Root/Birch Beer (NA)
this week.
On tap: Berliner Weiss, Cherry Wheat, and Creme Soda (NA)

Planning on bottleing the Berliner soon, since it's so ungodly sour
it'll be forever in the keg if I don't.

Did a 1.091 Biere de Noel last Sat. 2 hour mash, 4 1/2 hour boil makes
for a LONG brew day!
