Subject: A few pics of some inexpensive doodads (CPBF, PET-bottle lids)

I finally got around to taking some pictures of a couple of the doodads I've
made for dealing with bottles. I posted this a week or so, but it was in another
thread so I figured I'd make my own.

Clever reuse of tire stems. I especially liked removing the rubber
entirely and soldering the brass into pipe fittings.

Have you ever noticed any off-aroma from the rubber even without liquid
to rubber contact?

I've never noticed anything after a month or more. As I said on the webpage, I'm pretty careful to keep things
upright so the beer's never in contact for any length of time. From what else I've read, the PET oxygen permeability
probably plays a large role after a month or two, so I've never tried to keep it for longer than that.
