Subject: 1.054 OG for Cider at 58 degrees F?

Is that ok or should I up it? I used 5 Gal of fresh cider from the festival and 2 cups sugar. I plan on using the WL Cider Yeast. The other option is to add fruit to secondary to help bring it up. Thanks, Jim
