Anything of note for a weekend business trip to San Antonio. I'll be
staying downtown near the Riverwalk but will have the ability to
travel the surrounding area.

Blue Star would be a decent place to stop and it is close to downtown.
You can also travel up to The Flying Saucer or out to Hills and Dales
Icehouse...
